A good knife deserves to stay in top shape. With my sharpening service, I ensure that your knives regain the sharpness they deserve –
razor sharp and precise.

I carefully wet stone grind each knife to ensure the blade does not overheat and retains its sharpness longer. Your knives will not only stay sharp, but will also receive the care they deserve.

If your knife is damaged or needs a new handle, I will take care of it. Whether it's minor repairs or a complete restoration - I treat each knife with the same care and attention to detail. The costs depend on the individual effort involved, and I'm happy to advise you on the options.
