At Paschinger Messer, we combine traditional blacksmithing with modern technology. In our small factory, we create hand-forged knives and unique Damascus steel pieces , crafted with extensive experience, care, and attention to detail.

Each knife is unique – from the first spark to the final polish. We handle every step ourselves: forging the steel, precise heat treatment, grinding the blade, and shaping the handle. Our Damascus steel is forge-welded in an oxygen-free environment – entirely without fluxes such as borax. This ensures the highest purity and stability .
